Our B.I.F. Red is named after the magnetic black and red sands on our local beaches, which came from Banded Iron Formations in the Canadian Shield. This blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our back vineyard block.
While we love a ‘serious’ red wine as much as the next wine geek, but sometime you just want to unwind with a wine that is just ‘fun’. Our B.I.F Cabernet was bottled just for that moment – all fruit and no oak. Chill it a bit, open it up, and then sit back and enjoy the afternoon.
